I have experience in dealing with people charged with all types of assaultive conduct, from minor matters to deadly assaults and charges of attempted murder. I have successfully defended against many charges of sexual assault, as well.

Misdemeanor assaults:

Sometimes, if I can obtain the consent of the “victim” of the assault and the Court, I can get these kinds of charges dismissed.

Even in cases where I am unable to get the charge dismissed, I am frequently able to get these charges greatly reduced, sometimes to Disturbing the Peace, or other minor infractions that are acceptable to the client.

If I cannot get the case either dismissed or settled to the client’s satisfaction, I have in-depth jury trial experience in defending these cases.

Felony assaults, including charges of sexual assault:

Obviously, each case involving more seriously charged assaults is dependent on the facts of that specific case. Since I have experience not only defending these cases, but prosecuting these cases as well, I am aware of how the prosecution views each case and I can use that experience to your benefit, not only in dealings with the prosecution, but also against them, if your case must go to trial.
